Returns Policy

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
  • Contact our customer support team via email or phone within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
  • Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund or send out the exchanged product, depending on our below mentioned policy and terms.
  • We aim to make the return and exchange process as smooth as possible. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team.

Note:

  • Return Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Damaged and Missing Items Policy
Damaged Case:
  • If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the damage along with your order number.
  • Our team will review your claim and respond. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
Missing Case:
  • If any items are missing from your order, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
  • Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the missing item(s).
  • We will investigate the issue promptly and update you within 1-2 business days.
  • If we confirm that an item is missing, we will either send the missing item or provide a refund for it.

Note: Do not accept the parcel from the rider if the seal is broken or if the parcel appears damaged. In such cases, please contact us immediately to report the issue. Your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities, and we will assist you in resolving the matter promptly.

Refunds Policy

All goods are thoroughly checked prior to shipping. Any item still found damaged or faulty can always be returned or exchanged by contacting our customer care at 0370-6087600.
Sharjeel.pk is only liable to exchange or return items within 5-7 days from the date of delivery. Items claimed for exchange or return after 7 days are not acceptable.
In the event of a package being returned, it is the responsibility of the customer to have it returned undamaged. In case of damage, the product will be shipped back to the customer.
All refunds shall be made via bank transfer and only for the product value, not for any shipping charges incurred. Also, the shipping cost of the returns shall be borne by the customer.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase or store voucher code will be provided.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. In the event of a product being exchanged, the exchanged order will also incur delivery charges of Rs.199.
